Simon Cornes
Just a quick query - this is the Inpact/Pyro kit isn't it? Thanks Simon
Richard B.
No, definitely not. The molds are with Lindberg, in the U.S. now. The Smer Bulldog is, as my British friends say, Rubbish.
Graham Boak
I suspect it is ex-Merit, from the 1950s.
Simon Cornes
Oh poo!! At least the decals are decent though - okay the squadron fin badges aren't great! .............And one set of fuselage serials have smeared a bit on mine !!!!!!
tempestfan
Correct, ex Merit and an entirely different and much inferior kit to the Inpact et al one. See also here.
AntPhillips
The decals in the recent SMER kit are excellent, far better than those in the Inpact/Pyro/Lifelike/Lindberg kits, if you can get it cheaply i would buy it just for the decals to use on the Inpact/Pyro/Lifelike/Lindberg kits. Simon Cornes
Well mine cost me £8 so not exactly cheap but probably a typical price for a decal set!
