Hmnnn.

Aircraft

Non European

Ultimate Weapon

Kind of points either towards USA or USSR

USA

B-52 or B47? Possibly a Valkerie I suppose or a B-2?

USSR

Bear, Blinder, Badger etc

Possibly even the Mig Fruitlova Batski thought to be a reverse engineered copy of a well known Fairy design?

:frantic: Still my guess: 1/48th B-36H Peacemaker.

"Bomber, not European, ultimate weapon (nuke) & ultimate kit (giant size)"

Don't forget this giant bomber was proposed in the HpH catalogue some years ago. Imagine (remember) the price...

Last time I looked, Russia was in Europe, at least as far as the Ural Mountains, so that must rule USSR out of the running. Could it be Canada and an Arrow?

I did think that too at first but not sure the present Russian Leadership agree!! So on that basis plus the USSR went all the way almost to Alaska I used some poetic licence.

I tend to suspect the Peacemaker too. Wing span in 1/48?

2??? Hmmm - the XB-70 only flew with two... Though the B-70 would have a crew of four. I keep clinging to the XB-70 till they announce what it really is

So a B-2 is maybe more likely in this regards. :bounce:

I somehow expected it to be 1:48...

C'mon HpH announce something like "only two build" or "Mach 3" or "six engines"...
