Slater
Doesn't seem like a lot of missiles, but maybe there will be later purchases?: http://www.dsca.mil/sites/default/files/mas/australia_15-41.pdf

Shane
No doubt for the 12 EA-18Gs slowly going through the production line at the moment. Yep. IOC not due until 2018, with the first pair of Growlers off the line next month. There is a long period of training - the first pilots are already in the USA now - because this is an entirely new capability for the RAAF and it's not merely a matter of training pilots to fly and groundcrew to maintain, but to develop an understanding of techniques and develop an RAAF doctrine in an environment where they can leverage from US Navy skills and training facilities which don't yet exist in Australia Assuming that they are for the Growlers, we still have several years to stock up (and I suggest that even 50 live rounds would be considered enough!) Slater
I suppose that realistically Aussie Growlers wouldn't have to worry too much about launching HARM's in a combat scenario (in the foreseeable future, anyway). If it ever came to that (and depending on the opponent), their stockpile would last about a day. However, the US would probably resupply fairly quickly.
