vindicareassassin
Just finished this as a straight out the box build as part of another FB group build. Apologies for the poor photography, trying to master a new camera instead of my phone! ATB Sean

Darby
I haven't seen one of those for years! Nice job on that one. Mind you I've seen a few girlie hatchbacks in that shade of pink nowadays. I bet the kit didn't come with a 'Powered by fairy dust' decal.
phildagreek
Looks good. It's begging for some "bits" from Accurate Armour (or others) to really Finish it off.
vindicareassassin
Yes, Phildageek, you are right, and it vexes me a little also, but I do have an excuse of sorts..... Its only OOB build as I built it as part of a limited time farcebook group build, I may revisit it in the future and add crew gear but until then I'm sticking with my preferred 'Braille' scales.... You believe me.... right?!

vindicareassassin
The pink is Games Workshop Tenticle pink, I did black/white pre-shade, then sprayed on the pink, I then did a highlight post shade arond the roll tops of the wings and tub.
Marvel Onkey
I really like the dusty effect- how did you do that (if you don't mind me asking)?

Thanks so much for that, off to games workshop now... had one of these on the shelf of doom for about 10 years!
vindicareassassin
I really like the dusty effect- how did you do that (if you don't mind me asking)? My dusty effect is achieved by sanding down some artists pastels into a pot, a combination of light beige, and yellow and white, then added with a brush, I then sprayed a heavily thinned coat of Tamiya XF-57 all over the truck, then built up 2 or 3 more layers around the bottom concentrating on the wheel wells Hope that helps
Marvel Onkey
Thanks- you make it sound simple but it looks great
