Mancunian airman
I do have a book that is German text, purchased mainly for the photos of German units; its in the loft. I also have an old publication showing colourful German Insignia marking of various units What is it you want specifically ?
bzn20
Adolf Galland books are well worth a read..."Adolf Galland The authorised Biography" (that has his own photos in) or the other one , the 50's book "The first and the last". Amazon probably has them or the usual ebay.Cross ref for prices. Edited November 15, 2015 by bzn20
Graham Boak
The best book I know of dealing with the Battle of Britain overall is Stephen Bungay's The Most Dangerous Enemy. However, Christer Bergstrom has just published a new book, which I haven't yet read, but given his previous work I'm sure it will cover the German side well. The Battle of Britain: An epic conflict revisited.
Vicarage Vee
The first of Ulrich Steinhilper's books, Spitfire on my Tail, covers the period (up to the point that he gets shot down). Not the greatest work of literature perhaps, but a valuable perspective.
