Tamiya Retarder (Acrylic)

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of using Tamiya Retarder (Acrylic) with either Tamiya or Mr. Hobby Aqueous acrylic paints?

I use it for applying Tamiya paint with a hairy stick. Works wonders.

I know the label says add up to 1:10 Retarder:Paint, is this how much you use in general, or do you use a different amount?

I put a few drops of retarder in a milk cap, dip my brush in and squeeze it off. Then I dip in my paint and stroke it on. Repeating as I paint the subject. It takes practice, which I truly enjoy.
