G-EORG Posted May 25, 2015 Share Posted May 25, 2015 I have just finished making the avionic details inside the nose compartment on a 1/72 Vampire T11 and have a quick question for any Vampire experts: Would there be any possible time(s) when the nose hood that lifted up would be completely removed from the aircraft (perhaps for servicing the hatch or better access to the equipment) etc. It's just that I want to model the aircraft with hatches open but the nose hatch I have messed it up and it had to be thrown away. oops !! Not quite sure what they are made out of, theres a couple still fitted in our T.22 but they dont look like lead. I'll have a look for some happy snaps.
