wally7506
I have read in the past that there are some fixable errors in/on the AMT 1/200 Saturn V kit. Could someone please expaling to me what they are? or point me toward an article that shows them? TIA Jonathan
Eric Mc
Not having ever built the AMT kit I can't comment on where it might need improving. However, there are plenty of good images of real Saturn Vs on the internet so it might be worthwhile having a look at these to see if you can spot where any errors might be. As far as I can tell, none of the Saturn V models out there (even the recent Dragon new tools) accurately reflect the big Saturn. It also needs to be pointed out that there were subtle differences between the 13 Saturn Vs that were launched.
stan
Some information in this forum post. Author builds all kits from the set. Replacement decals available from indycals. And they also have replacement Block 2 CSM http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?showtopic=135892 http://www.indycals.net/decals/spaceexploration.html Edited May 26, 2015 by stan
