Jagdtiger tracks - early Tamiya

I've got the Tamiya Jadgtiger in my stash (35295), and it comes with rubber-band tracks (easy Panzer Vor!) plus link-and-length, neither of which I'm particularly fond of. It's the early variant, and I've read conflicting advice on which tracks to replace them with. I'm looking at Friul or Spade Ace, and the difference seems to be two-part links or two-part plus three separate bits (two on one end, one on the other), which I'd imagine would be early, simplified later into the two-part links. Someone recommended ATL-16, and yet someone else suggested ATL-22, so which am I looking for? :hmmm:

I have done my fair share of Googling, eBaying and looking at the parts in the kit box (which look like the later ones), but I'm still not sure. :hmmm:

Very helpful Dave, thanks

The two-piece tracks look like what's in the box, but when have model companies ever been 100% correct all of the time?
