HL-10
This is Tamiya's lovely little kit of the 223 armoured car. I added an etch set from Eduard to refine some of the details, and replaced the commander's head with a resin one from Hornet. I replaced the kit's jerry cans with some better detailed ones and the plastic camouflage net was replaced with bandage gauze. The model was painted with Tamiya acrylics, and Humbrol enamels. HL-10
Thanks guys, I appreciate all the comments that looks very good, Like the weathering and the colour looks really good. What did you use for the colour !. I use Tamiya's XF59 desert yellow for the base colour. Various filters and washes are used to get the worn, sun beaten & battered look.

tank152
Neat work all round, why did these carry 2 licence plates on the rear? Tim.
AndyC
Superb work Angelo as ever - I nearly managed to bag this kit at Gloucester last weekend but instead of actually picking the blooming thing up and taking out my wallet I wandered around the hall once more and it had gone!

HL-10
Neat work all round, why did these carry 2 licence plates on the rear? Tim. Make sure that the speed camera wouldn't miss them? Never thought about it to b honest. Quite a few German armoured cars had two rear plates, some even had two at the front.
