I've only received it today so not had a look how much work there is in converting whats in the box, but a ready made option might be easiest! richellis Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 I don't think there are any companies that do RHD conversions for car kits, there are a few that do the 1:24 trucks, but I've never seen a car conversion. sailorboy61 Posted April 27, 2015 Author Share Posted April 27, 2015 I've had a good look and don't think it will be too difficult, can get a matching cut from each side. might need a couple of platicard shims for the saw cuts. cmatthewbacon Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Yeah -- I had a look at the one in the stash, and I think you're right. I think there'll need to be two main bits moved -- the binnacle area, which will replace a section switched out from the glovebox, and the much smaller elongated D-shaped panel at the end of the moulding that has the ignition key and some kind of switch in it.
