Etiennedup
Here is my Special Hobby Maryland representing no 1668 of 12 SAAF Squadron in 1941. Finish consisted of Mid Stone(faded) and Dark Mediterranean Blue. On 11 December 1941 this aircraft piloted by Capt. A L Thackwray DFC claimed two Ju 52’s over the Mediterranean (one with wing guns and the second by the top gunner) for which he and his crew were duly decorated.

woody37
This is one of those aeroplanes that are 'nearly' attractive! The real aircraft aside, you've done a stunning job here, I've even moved it in to the 'very nearly' attractive category now after seeing your build! Love the way you've made the sand colour interesting using different shades
Mike DeTorrice
A really superb build of this great-looking Martin bomber ! The Maryland is a fascinating plane and this model shows it off beautifully. Mike
tonyot
Oh wow,......another fantastic model to add to your collection there Etienne,.......what a beauty!! One very small `glitch',...is that the `font' of the serial is slightly different but we`ll let you off there as it can hardly be noticed and only saddoes like me see things as trivial as that! The South African master brings us another masterpiece! Cheers Tony

bristol boy
Really like that, never seen a Maryland on BM before, always good to see something different. The weathering is just right, is it pre or post shaded?
