colin
Lovely build and finish, like the weathering on the prop' especially the way the rear is done
Iain Ogilvie
Thanks both - any member of the PZL family would be really welcomed in 1:32 (IIRC there was one on the way)... Colin - always amuses me when I see the fronts of props heavily weathered - and the rears are spotless. Prop blades wear an awful lot more on their rear faces than the fronts on real aeroplanes! JWM
Prop blades wear an awful lot more on their rear faces than the fronts on real aeroplanes! Likely due to cavitation? J-W

Iain Ogilvie
Thanks guys! Likely due to cavitation? J-W Just the surface that's presented to the air as the blade rotates - can look like a sandblaster has been sprayed over the rear of the blade! JosephLalor
Lovely job Iain. That was a fast build as well..! Looks like Radu's input helped FRROM produce an excellent kit. Matt The IAR-80 and -81 are types I'd somehow managed to ignore up to a few years ago. I bought Radu's monograph on them at last year's IMSS show and the Azur kit at this year's. I can see myself getting another one along with RB Productions' conversion set for the -80. Joseph
