Model Shops

Traveling to you're side of the pond in two weeks for work. Actually going to be in Basingstoke. I might have some time one afternoon to get out and look around. Figure since I've already seen almost all of the normal tourist stuff, I would see if there was a model shop around worth checking out.

So, within reasonable distance where I can take tube / train what shops would be worth checking out?

If you can go to Hannants in North London it's worth a trip. They have loads of kits and can get in all the after market stuff ordered in. They have well built models in cabinets. The RAF museum is next door, they have one of the only Bf 110 left and a Ju 88.
