Romeo Alpha Yankee
Thanks Dazz, Did you know Contrails in the USA do a Wedgetail conversion set in 1/144. It contains most of the larger parts. Hawkeye Models in Australia also had a set available a few years back
Dazzio
Trojanthunder, Aye I did mate, there was something about it that made me dismiss it. Probably extortionate shipping or out of stock most likely. Will have to check again... Or am I getting confused with the P-8A?... I will have to look into this. Thanks again, Kind Regards, Dazz
Dermo245
I've never built an airliner in my life but I'm strangely drawn to this GB! Would a civil 737-800 be easy enough to convert to the Poseidon version? Dermot
Caution Wake Turbulence
Dermot, it can be done: http://www.modellversium.de/galerie/8-flugzeuge-modern/9533-boeing-p-8a-poseidon-revell.html I believe Contrails provide some parts (and even a complete kit) in 1/144 and 1/200. Alternatively, there's the recently released 1/200 Hasegawa version, or a 1/72 Welsh Models multimedia kit (http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234955833-172nd-boeing-p-8-poseidon-737-800/) Andrew

pinky coffeeboat
Hi feoffee2, If its not too late, count me in; I've got a few 737 I'd like make (Airfix, Daco, Revell and Authentic Airliners) and this group build will be ideal. Lets see if we can push for an Airbus A320 STGB too... Jeff

Romeo Alpha Yankee
We need 30 for this to start Thanks Luke, I have checked the GB forum chat and 30 is for Full themed GBs. Single type GBs need 25, so 5 more. Though I noticed a thread that mentioned only one more slot was available for next year. That was posted in January, so I am unsure if this is still the case.
