Although it has not been captioned properly, the photo on page 37 showing the crew stood around the Halifax rear turret features the crew of `Git Up Them Stairs' and Artie Shaw the rear gunner is at the rear, 2nd from left and next to his pilot Charles Ford, with whom he flew 28 sorties, as per the table on page 34.
