Oh, I like that a lot. I've got a Kettenkraftrad with a Tamiya Pfeil kit that's on my to do list - I'd love to get mine to such a high standard.

What an absolutely beautiful job you have done! A superb finish. Your 'pit is difficult to tell from the real aircraft!

A silly question to those in the know... What is the item behind the starboard main wheel? It hangs down and has a bend in the end. Some sort of pitot perhaps? My research has drawn a blank.

Thank you gentlemen :) . Hairystick, I think it's a Aileron Torque Tube.

It's a Morane antenna. A 1/4 wavelength antenna is best mounted perpendicular and below the airframe (to minimise interference ).

Excellent work on this Shwalbe and the Kettenkraftrad, very nicely done!

Sorry Hairystick, it looks like I'm mistaken. Parabat said its a Morane antenna and I think he could be right. Sorry if I've mislead you.

Thank you Harfoot, and thank you also Parabat for your kind words and for putting my mistake right :)

Thank you Parabat! It has had me scratching my head for a while now (& there wasn't much up there to scratch anyway!) since I made the Hasegawa version of this kit.
