Steve, that really is fantastic news! Any idea on price? is it fair to assume that this thing will look the bees knees straight out of the box or should I get ready to start scratch building? :P

Cant wait to find out more

Morning Chaps :bye:

Id upload some photos, but our work server and Photobucket dont seem to like each other. You can however, have a look on www.pocher.com.

I believe the kit has been made to look the dogs danglies straight from the box, as the blurb says its ready painted, although im not sure if that means just the body work or the whole thing, but again, doesnt stop you adding more paint/detail...

Other than that, its a typical pocher kit, 600 odd bits in about 7 different materials.

This is a bold move by Pocher, completely out of left field, but actually a very clever one, and if you read the blurb, seems this is to be a new range from them.

Yes, its going to be expensive, Yes its going to be Epic and yes, I would love to see how Pocher do bikes and I dont think they could have choosen a better subject, but lets rather wait till we see the real thing before we start moaning about the box size, tyres are the wrong colour and theres one flange nut missing of the right side doo hickey.... (yes... thats sarcasm).

I for one, think this is FANTASTIC!!!

Thanks for the news and link Steve but I see it's already 'SOLD OUT'... Way passed my budget and not a scale I would consider just think how many 12th sacle Italian classics we could have had instead?

It actually says 'Out of Stock' - it's because it doesn't exist (to buy) yet.

The Aventador was Out of Stock on their website for almost a year before it came out.

I'm guessing this kit will be available around November.

Hiya Roy.

I know you are used to working with huuuuuge kits, but when you consider that the 1/12th scale bikes we normally build are about 15 odd cm long, getting our hands on one that half a metre long is quite something :)
