FrancieT
I've just given my 1/32 Spitfire a couple of coats of Klear ready for decaling, the problem is that although the brown areas of the wings are nice and glossy the green seems to have stayed matt. I airbrushed the Klear on and gave the offending parts another go with a brush. The paint I used was Revell, any ideas?
Steve Noble
Sometimes the paint soaks up the Klear, try allowing it to dry and applying some more. If it's for decals it doesn't need to be glass smooth, just enough to take away the roughness of the surface.

Rodders154
Today I used Citadel Nuln Oil wash on a harrier that was coated in Kleer and the wash matted the paint finish. Is this normal? This is my first go at doing a wash. Rodders
