If it's the same kit as in the following link then it appears that there is a fret of etch included, but only enough to cover select areas of detail that would be too clumsy for plastic - i.e. the funnel cages, etc. Basically if you want railings and the works then you'll have to fork out for an after-market set. http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/ships/it/bb/roma-350-tsm/tsm-review.html Regards, Ross.
