I have the Italeri Dak that I want to complete as 'RAF Transport Command'.

I shall need to carry out a little research into the colours.

I shall probably start this in the latter part of the July-December date-line due to other builds etc.

I can't believe that's just over a month to the start of the GB :frantic:

I'm firmly settled now on a couple of subjects (both 1/72) - a Special Hobby Lockheed 10 Electra and this little beauty:

Farman.jpg

Both in Yugoslav civilian schemes.

Cheers

A month?! :frantic:

I'm thinking about a coca cola sycamore: http://www.helionline.net/photogallery/9/58/3011.html using the S&M models kit.  Finished one recently and had a lot of fun, but will I finish in time..?

another option is a flettner 282, smaller and I'm more likely to complete this.

As much as I would like to do the coca-cola sycamore, I may leave this for another time as I'm not sure about the "coca-cola" logo.  I have a set of decals from virages, but they may need some modifying and trimming.

decisions...:undecided:

I thought milktrip would be in with an S55 or a whirlwind. ?

I'm planning to join with an Airfix Walrus if I can get one. If I can't then it's  tamiya Swordfish.

I was considering the whirlwind, Colin.  However,  I've decided to build a 'Zero'... yes a plane!!?? Thought about a gloster Gladiator but I don't think I'm ready for all that rigging... :boom:

Walrus would be nice Colin!

I see the Walrus is in this month's Airfix workshop so let's see if I can get one.

Meanwhile I'll make a start on the swordfish. Only 2 weeks to go.

I've been asked to build a model of this - which has a radial engine

YellowHarvard_2016_13A.jpg

I've got Heller and Airfix kits to choose from, and a load of leftover decals.

I also want to make a model of this:

And have a Hobbyboss kit.
