This should be nice, not sure about its accuracy buy from what I know the Hummers in Somalia were the basic version as per this kit, this also goes together beautifully.

I think this kit will fit together much nicer than the Helo. It looks like you have a pretty extensive etch selection to go with it. Wish I could help you with questions about the accuracy, but this is way past my time in the services and it lacks propellers. (I must expand my horizons here; I am way too limited in my choices for modeling) You look off to a good start. I shall look forward to your updates.

This model is a very nice kit . Tamiya did something right with there jeeps . Now looks like there Humvee is going be nice build .

So far , This is a very good manual .. very well laid out

The good manual almost means a nice kit .

Like going to a Restaurant , if the bathrooms are clean . Then good chance the food will be good .

If you haven't sealed the Flory's wash with a top coat, you can easily lighten it by taking a paint brush dipped water and use it lIke a thinner and remove however much of the wash you want. Flory's is a very forgiving wash.

The tools look better with some of the wash removed. If you would like to experiment a little, for weathering tools and small items, to get a used grungy look, I use Tamiya Smoke. I start with light coats and work up to the level of grunge I want. It's a little easier to apply to small parts and easier to control.
