Seahawk
Novo (Soviet) boxing of old (1950s?) FROG kits (the Fxxx numbers are old Frog pattern numbers). Pretty ancient and very crude by modern standards. But with a lot of loving care could be made into nice replicas (esp the Battle class destroyer). What they will fetch depends on whether there's someone out there preapred to spend that amount of love and care. They haven't been available for a while so I doubt (but havent checked) whether there's much aftermarket stuff for them.
beefy66
I ,am not about to sell these after just having been given them from a good friend but would like to find out more info on them and if there is some after market stuff out there for these I think it would be nice if my friend seem me at least try and build one of these after he has had them for soo,oo long Beefy
Graham Boak
If there is any aftermarket it will have been in the White Ensign range - recently defunct. Some of the material has been taken over by other dealers - check ship modelling websites such as Steel Navy and ModelWarships. It may be a little while before it all reappears. Rick Brown
AH! I built one of these as a kid! I really enjoyed making it and remember ballasting it and using it in the bath. Great fun. I seem to remember sending it to the bottom with an air rifle pellet whilst the Severn was in flood. Very naughty. Build them for fun and don't get to worried about the detail. Rick. beefy66
Well thanks to all of you for your quick responses looks like I will be able to at least try and do some justice to these old kits thanks to Peter Hall already having the vision to develop these after market sets. Cheers Beefy
