Graeme
Is it possible to build all of the Pearl Harbour Battleship Row ships, from exisiting 1/700 scale kits? I just watched a programme about theJapanesemini-subs and it got me a bit interested...
db5007
There are 1/700 scale kits for all the battleships which formed Battleship Row but not all of them are in their 1941 configuration... Arizona - Dragon (1941) (Also a Hobbyboss kit available?) Oklahoma - Blue Ridge (1941) West Virginia - Trumpeter (1941) California - Trumpeter (1941) Nevada - Blue Ridge (1941) Tennessee - Blue Ridge (1944/5) Maryland - Trumpeter (1941) Pennsylvania - Dragon (1944) Also present in the row was USS Vestal, a repair ship. A Company called Corsair Armada appear to have made a resin kit.
dfqweofekwpeweiop4
Before buying the expensive resin kits, keep an eye out on what Trumpy do. It wouldn't surprise me if they release all the Pearl Harbour BB's. In the meantime the Dragon Arizona and the Trumpy kits that have been released should keep you busy! thanks Mike
bbudde
You could do a Tennessee from the California. I think if you can wait long enough someone will release the Oklahoma or Nevada I guess Trumpi will do. Or convert an Arizona kit: http://www.steelnavy.com/FordIslandRS.htm http://www.modelshipgallery.com/gallery/bb/bb-46/700-ph/ph-index.html Edited January 31, 2015 by bbudde
