Indoor Aeroboot / Aerojumble on Saturday 17th October – 33 seller tables now allocated and the seller passes are being sent out this week. Vulcan Story event on 24th October – this is booking up fast; 15 spaces left in the morning & only 5 spaces left for the afternoon. Details about both of these event can be found in here! Further ‘traffic advice’ has been added to the website for the next few weeks. Plus we are now participating in the CallConnect bus scheme, which can be of benefit for any visitors from rural Lincolnshire. Again details about these items can be found in here! NAM Updater Posted October 8, 2015 Author Share Posted October 8, 2015 It’s been busy at NAM today, as well as hosting a visit by members of the Royal Institute of Navigation; a BBC TV crew have been filming an intro for the new series of Bargain Hunt using the Jaguar; and survey work has commenced on the Southfield Site for our Project Panini (Mod) development project. An update is in here! Also preparations are in hand for some percolation test work, which will take place next week. We would also like to remind people that on Sunday 8th November we will be holding our annual Remembrance Sunday Service at the RAF Winthorpe Memorial. The event is part of several being organised in the Newark area to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of attack on the Ransome & Marles bearing factory on 7th March 1941. Our event will take place on Sunday 6th March and will feature a re-enactment of the rescue efforts in the local factory after the Luftwaffe air raids.
