Meatbox8
Very excited about the Beverley. An Argosy would go with it very nicely!
bootneck
This is also good news for us who enjoy building vacform kits. It could mean that some of the Welsh Models could find their way out of stashes and onto the second-hand sales threads. Mike

praded-dembelya
In these photos, the lower air intakes are different. Some smaller, the other big. How to explain this?
jaw
I have had a look through the Blackburn Beverley book by Geoff Gladstone, which has plenty of pictures of the aircraft. It looks to me that the lower air intakes on the engines are all the same size. Certainly I can see nothing in the text to suggest that there was any modification to enlarge the intakes. Perhaps the intakes on camouflaged aircraft looks bigger because they are black? Hope this helps. I very much look forward to seeing the kit in the not too distant future. Flankerman
A search for walkround photos turned up this site - but the photo of the engines is in sgadow. There's a couple of pics of the dismantled engines in this video Some reasonable photos here - but again painted black and in shadow. This one is quite good. This site has 10 pages of some great photos - clickable for larger images. This is a good closeup from the above site. Hope this helps Ken
