Thinking about it, how do the Hulk's trousers fit him when he's normal human sized and also grown to about 20 times larger than normal? That's some serious Elastic........

Judging by the film reel that comes with the toy it's possible that Superman enjoys forcing the public to view his super photograph collection, probably by projecting them onto buildings, etc with the krypto raygun. I can't imagine it being of much use in a fight.

I think that the most important question to as is

If superman is impervious to bullets why does he duck when you throw a gun at him ?

I think you'll find it's a non-lethal alternative to laser vision. Superman is humanitarian at heart, and was not blessed with non-lethal distance weaponry.
