Spad
Hi Can anyone tell me if the Revell VW Samba van is a re-pop of the Hasegawa Camper or a totally new tooling? If the latter, which is the better choice? Cheers Rick
Roo
I believe it is an original tooling. I can't say which is better, but given hasegawa, I'd say the Revell is cheaper, and if the samba bus and mini are anything to go by, good value for the money. F1 Insider
I've built two. The Jagermeister Kastenwagen and the Samba Bus. Both are basically the same kit barring the body panel sprues and have a lot of detail and extra bits left over to go in the parts bin. From builds I've seen, the Hasagawa version has closed doors and not much by way of internal detail (engine and stuff) Regards
