RMP2
I picked this model up a while ago after waiting for one to turn up at a not so ridiculous price, think it was £25 or so - I hadnt realised either that a CRV had been available before, nor that it was pretty sought after. Anyway. Heres our real faithful old truck, close to 140k miles on it now and its still behaving like a Honda should. And a couple of pics of the later, in progress model thats just about done now, only a bit of tidying left and maybe some very careful last minute polishing if I dare. If only lacquer looked as goo dry as it does wet, Ive still not quite got the hang of that. Just some polish to get out of shut lines, a few decals and the number plates to add and thats about it, I might just live with the orange peely bits and squint a bit when I look at it instead. Pretty happy with it overall, its not a perfect replica, things like seats could have been done tidier and its a shame the wheels arent quite right - always a problem are wheels it seems. Im left with a fair few optional parts - bull bar, fog lights, roof rack and roof box, optional wheels etc. So if anyone is wanting or needing any bits, drop me a message.

RMP2
Thanks. Went to add decals to this tonight, pinched a "Honda" from the spare CRX decal sheet as the CRV sheet doesnt have UK spec stuff, only to find the CRX decal fell apart... Hopefully the other CRX decal sheet is in better shape. Just cant win today it seems.

RMP2
Thank you. Its far from perfect, but Im pretty happy with how the paint worked out as Im just starting out with an airbrush. The blue paint is from a little bottle of touch up paint for the 1:1 covered with Halfords car lacquer. Once the CRX is finally finished I will get a few photos of our three cars together (1:24 and 1:1) for the RFI section, see what you guys think.
