Greg B
Yep, it's a 320. The locals were calling it the Jaffa Jet and it's the 10th anniversary scheme for A320s with Jetstar.
Skodadriver
It's even more lurid than Easyjet's "Carrot" which is saying something. http://www.airliners.net/photo/EasyJet-Airline/Airbus-A320-214/2517794/L/&sid=585a34fee56d4a63e95cd5df7e1e113d Looking forward to more pics. Greg B
Some more pics, new lenses and the sharpness is already showing that Glass makes a bigger difference than a new body: The end of an era here recently as the QANTAS 767's retired from service. One of the groundbreaking airliners that really proved with ETOPS that 2 engines are just fine. With the 767's gone and 747 ops scaling down, QANTAS will soon have to make a decision about the 787 timetable and possibly the 777X/A350. Either way, whether you are in the Boeing camp, or Airbus camp, they have some cracking aircraft to choose from.
stringbag
Cracking pictures Greg and nice to see some good pictures of aircraft and liveries that we are unlikely to see in Europe. Thanks for posting. Chris.
MikeW
Enjoyed seeing these. Just hung up with JetStar - never having booked them before - a very bright and chipper lot they all were. Any more pics hanging around you can share? Cheers, Mike
Romeo Alpha Yankee
Thanks for the pictures Greg, I was holidaying at Coogee on the Australia Day long weekend and saw the orange Airbus departing over the beach and wondered who the operator was. My question is now answered!
