Madhatter
I always said someone would come along and do a better job of it than I did - great work so far. I love the front end of this machine - so aggressive but sleek as one would expect from Ferrari This is not one of Tamiya's best ever kits. The fit of the doors is terrible and cumbersome and the boot lid (for lack of the better term) doesn't sit right. But these issues are ones coming from a not-very good car modeller, so they may fit better for you, but as it turns out, I wasn't the only one to have them, so I don't feel so bad. With all these extra details your adding, it should be a show stopper.
Jamme
Hi, Thank you for the looking and the nice comment. I should not say that Tamiya's LaFerrari is not one of their best. I should say that this is not an easy kit, seing how Tamiya "cut the pieces". It's a little bit like their Enzo....... I'm not coming on the fitting of the doors, neither on the boot......so I will find out, I guess. Should try to do my best. Any pictures from you build? Jamme
Hi Rishi. Thank you for looking. The ignition wires are not supplied by Tamiya. Now, I have to say that not much of them will be seen when the engine shall be completed. Cheers, Jamme

JonD77
Stunning work, how do you get the carbon to take to all the different contours on one peice, do you do it in more than one carbon decal?
Jamme
Thank you guy's. for Jon: Most are one piece carbon from SMS and with the aid of Microscale Sed and Sol, it conforms to the car pieces. But there are also small pieces, when it's impossible the Set and Sol solutions can't help. Cheers, Jamme

toms111s
Lovely work. I used carbon decals to do the side blades and engine bay on a Revell Audi R8, they are so effective I love them. Unfortunately my little boy got holdof that particular model and it is no more. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
