Highflyingmodels
This is my current build. I'm converting a P-51D into a C model. Right now I'm just at the superdetailing stage, but I am beginning a little of the conversion with changing the fuselage and adding details to the cockpit. You can see the project thus far and follow future work on my website

Biggles87
That's not modelling, that's engineering. Very impressed also.
kwaterous
You know that your doing this will almost immediately result in Tamiya releasing a P-51 B/C don't you... Incredible work though. K
xmh53wrench
Great stuff...really interested in this conversion. I hope to someday do a D to B/C conversion on a 1/24 Airfix kit. Here is how one fellow did it over at LSP. Its a great reference. Rodney Williams "Sleepytime Gal" Oh, and checked out your site, very nice, and the planned detail and articulations sound phenomenal!!! Hope to see more updates.
