The TER-9/A (F-16/A-10 etc) only weighs 105lbs (<50kg); I imagine that most varieties are similar. If you lift heavy things regularly as part of a job you become work fit, and most people won't get big muscles from it but will gain significant strength (body types differ). Muscle size increase in yer average person is a result of a different regime, mostly seen in gym rats, many of whom can't lift any useful weight in the real world.

 

Olympic-type weighlifting is a different thing entirely, with a very specific training regime to develop strength, which leads to size, and it breaks the above rules.

 

The F-4 looks very nice indeed Giemme.
