georgeusa
Rick, This is a lovely bit of scratch building. I am very impressed. The seats and all of the equipment look great. The rope is fine. It is too large for hauling people, but about the right size for lashing ships/boats together; just depends on its use. No sweat, it provides interest. Really enjoying this build so far.
infofrog
Yes you are correct . The rope is way to big . That maybe deleted or resized .. As I see more photos , the ropes are in a locker out of the way . That may be deleted from the project.. I tell you this , the back area is a busy place in the helicopter .. rick
georgeusa
Yes, it has been my experience that the back of a helicopter is a very busy place. Sometimes busy good; sometimes busy bad; never dull though. I would leave the rope though. It looks nice, you went to the effort, and it provides interest.

Wafu
Interesting build Rick, I've had my sights on this kit for a few months and plan to pick on up from the Nat's. Would you advise the Eduard set? I contacted Cobra to see if he would ship to the UK but he said he has so much grief from the UK tax/customs he has stopped dealing with the UK, great shame as his stuff is great for us Modellers of US helicopters. Anyway will follow your build with interest. Cheers the Woo
