Honeybee
Hi I don't make many jet models, unless V Bombers, but here's the second of my Lightnings which I have just completed. This was a part started kit I got off Wolfpack (Member here not the company) It has a KMC resin cockpit but otherwise out of the box. Painted with Xtracrylic and Halfords paint. The markings are out of the kit with the exception of the top wing roundels, I remember from a third kit I nearly finished that they are out of register and would stand out on a camo scheme so replaced them from my spares. I like this kit, it fits well and any faults with it were my own doing. and finally both my Lightning together Regards Paul

Airfixer
The vertical twins at their best. Good job. I'm toying with the idea to build one, so yours is truly inspiring. Cheers, Erik

aninswed
Not sure that Lightnings looked good in anything other than NMF but this is a nice build. Love the F1A!
chrish
THAT'S AMAZING. DO YOU HAVE A BUILD THREAD, AS I PLAN TO BUILD THE CAMO VERSION SOON. ALSO, DID YOU LEAVE OFF THE DAYGLO DECALS FOR A REASON?

Honeybee
Chrish, There was no build thread, I take too long to build owt it'd drive people mad waiting for updates. There are no daygl panels cos none came in the kit, as far as I recall anyway. Regards Paul
