Brailledave
I like that... I've always wondered though... How does the driver get out? Can he get out through the turret? or would they have to set the turret to one side? (I seem to recall pictures of lines of Challengers in GW1, all with their turrets to one side)
SPARKER
Good point, would be a tight squeeze with the turret facing forward
Hamden
The driver can get through the turret when the gun is over the back other than that he has to squeeze through the front. Great dio: very realistic what else can be said!!! Roger
Widow 65
Thats a fantastic Diorama!!! In all truth the Driver's hatch would more than likely be open, for one of two reasons......Drivers are lazy sods( cab scabs, Grease monkeys, call them what you may!!) and spend most of the day "Closed Down" in the Horizontal position!! They would never close their hatch behind them as there is always a possibility that the hatch can "lock itself" from the inside, second reason is that its a monumental "Pain in the bottom" ( literally!) to manipulate back through the cab into turret.

Shermaniac
I like it.... Very good scene, A typical Brit squaddies/Tankers BUT! Where's me Tea! Also, would the turret guy have been in the other hatch with the GPMG as he would be on Overwatch?
Sundowner14
I'm not going to call it out, but there's something that makes this diorama very contemporary, aside from it being a fantastic bit of modelling. Kudos.

mtd350
Cracking Dio, the more I look at it the more I see.....................................then I started to over think the scene. By no way is this a critique, just an observation. They wouldn't have stopped there. Having been oot and aboot on the road on Telic,I tended to be more aware of potential nasties(like IED's) in or around "rubbish bins","rubbish bags", "oil drums", and or "walls". Thier cuppa location might have ended up in there being more than the teabag being brewed up.
