JWM
Hello, This is Miles M3 Falcon Six in markings of Spanish Republican Airforces. Now one preserved and restored Falcon is painted in such marking. Here is some historical info: http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww15/o/163/75/0 The basis for conversion was Miles Magister from Frog/Novo, 1/72, although some hand work and sanding was needed to get the result. Scratch work is whole fuselage and u/c. The book in the background is one from series "Aviones de Guerra Civil Espaniol", the volume on English, Czech and Polish airplanes used in Spanish Civil War. However, exactly those scheme which I apply is not displayed in this book. In conversion I used also drawings from Putnam book on brothers Miles company. Ooops - I see now, that the tail wheel seems to be broken.... I have to repair it!
