Giorgio N
Tom Ivie's book "Patton's eyes in the sky" has several pictures of the 155th NPS F-3As and some colour profiles. Camo scheme is standard OD over neutral grey, in some pictures it's easy to see the presence of medium green blotches on the edges of wings, fin and stabilizers. The profiles include some well known aircrafts, one named Starize and one Sleepy Time Gal. May be worth googling these, I've seen pictures on the web. The book also has a diagram of the camera fit. The fit was of two types: - a single k19 or k29 camera with a flash unit - 2 k19 cameras and a number of flash bombs. I can try to post a picture of the diagram later today
Hornet133
I highly recommend the Book, which I have a copy of.. It is being almost given away here. I would suggest a purchase. If not search on the title on the Alibris site. Steve Mackenzie
Giorgio N
Steve, I totally agree, the book is very good. that price is unbelievable! Not that I paid much myself, my copy was bought for a tenner in a London bookshop only a few months ago

brewerjerry
No import duty/VAT on books. You can breath again! Phil Hi It is possible CBSA might tax me when importing from the US, I am in canada. sometimes it is on the real value, not what you paid, sometimes no tax at all, there seems to be no real pattern to it. cheers jerry
