activexp Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 This is my finished ICM BM-13-16N MRL. I feel a bit nervous of posting on here because the modelling standards are so high. Anyway, here are some pics. Note the broken door handle The doors gave me problems due to a poor fit, in fact one was broken on the sprue. The rust effect is my first attempt at 'weathering/ageing'. The paint job on the cab is a bit rough and I soon realised my mistake, paint too thick. Lesson learned No weathering on the underside. I might add some later. My thoughts on this kit: Pros: Interesting subject Nice detail Good value Cons: Broken and warped parts (the box is too small resulting in the sprues being tightly packed) Brittle styrene Some missing locating pins/holes Thanks for looking Cheers 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
