Pete in Lincs
Nice chrome. I think Lowrider is the default build for a Impala nowadays. I built one years ago as an El Camino. I don't think there was a '64 Camino in real life, Though I could be wrong, as usual. Pete

Chevrolet built the El Camino in 1959 & 1960, but then dropped it. However, when the rival Ford Ranchero started selling well in 1963, Chevrolet reintroduced the El Camino in 1964 based on the Malibu; 1987 was the final year of production. Pete in Lincs
Yes, I saw a pic of a 1963 Impala kit (Revell?) the other day so it must have been that one. It's at home somewhere, Turquoise & white. I later did the same to an early Dodge Charger. Turned out nice in Purple! Thanks for the info.

bigbadbadge
Nice work, I remember building an Imapala years ago too, nice looking car, I think it was an AMT kit though although not sure. Can't wait to see her painted up and also the 911 too. All the bestChris

Oddball
Seconded, I wish the engine bay on my car looked as clean as that. Did you add the steering shaft or is it a kit part? Odd.
