A bit vague Craig

Do you want to make a replica of a BBMF Hurricane, [which is a MkIIC painted as a MkI] or a BBMF represented plane?

As they tend to be famous, decals for them exist. Any in particular?

Assuming you want a good kit OOB the 'best' in 1/48th is still the Hasegawa, which is unavailable new at the moment, well a MkI is anyway. IIC's can be got a lot more easily.

There are threads here on what is the best 1/48th Hurricane, how accurate do you want?

I can give you chapter and verse on 1/48th Hurricane....but you may regret it!

There is also a fairly decent, but slightly simplified Hurricane I from Pegasus...

the ancient Monogram II/IV which is probably not worth bothering with these days...

and a I from Ark, which some people will tell you is unbuildable, but isn't.

and the Hobbycraft II which really isn't bad at all, though again fairly simple.

Hasegawa's IIc was also issued in a Revell box.

Try the usual auction sites, they all come up from time to time.
