I'd kill for a decent De Havilland Hornet in 72nd, preferably from Airfix.

The Skybirds 86 kit was the best of the lot and that's long gone, the Special Hobby kit was an absolute waste of time and money, Frog old and crude and the Magna one was rough but okay.

There's also the swept wing version of the Blohm und Voss P.211 Volksjager, but I'll never get one of those in my lifetime. There's allegedly a Unicraft kit but I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon. Certainly less painful.

1/48 Sea Harrier FRS.1

1/72 Bristol 188

1/48 Sea Fury

1/72 F-105

Other than Cold War:

1/72 PB4Y2

1/48 P-40F/L

1/48 IAR.80/81

1/48 P-47N

1/48 Yak-9 Series

These are all injection molded wants, though I suspect I will probably have to end up buying the resin 188.

An affordable Raytheon Sentinel R1

The only one I've seen for sale is ridiculously overpriced. You can finance revolutions for cheaper.

You know that here in The States, the word 'solicitor' has quite a different meaning.

One may want a visit from them.

If we're looking at Cold War, I'd quite like to see a new 1/72 Kamov Ka-25 "Hormone". - there's just something funky about that one. B)

What I would really, really like to see is a whole family of 1/72 MiG-21's - come on Eduard, scale 'em down!

Mike. :)

1:72: Manchester, York (Mr Airfix, you could do a conversion set for these two to go with the new Lanc, and throw in a set of Lancastrian bits as well ...), Lincoln, Sunderland V (sick of waiting for Special Hobby!!), DC-4/C-54.

1:48: Hunter family, Meteor family.

As the old man used to say, "Wish in one hand, spit in the other, see which gets full first"!
