Wooh, not long - between this and painting loads of 6mm napoleonic figures I do not think I will have time for sleep - oh well!

Think I will be doing a mig 15 for this one!

Can I submit a Douglas skyraider which was used during the Korean War but is A-1H and not marking of one not involved in the Korean War?

Unless you convert it into a Korean War ere machine with the appropriate squadron markings, I'm afraid he later version doesn't qualify for this build. But if you intend on using decals for Korean

War era machines, I'm sure we can let you get away without totally converting it.;)

The conversion from A-1H to AD-2/3/4 isn't difficult. This is a good guide.

I'm sure we can help you out to get you there. What decals do you have for it?

Conversion is not to difficult. I only have this kit that is anywhere close to being used in Korean War, unless someone knows if a TallBoy equipped Lancaster, Chinook, F16 or F4J was used..lol. The only letters I get are from the UK tax man. But if anyone has some spare decals that would allow me to produce something close to what is required I would be grateful and try and make something worth of entering.

address is Gavin Halls, Rotating Equipment Engineer, Daewoo ENP, IBC, no 88 Paya Road, Hliang Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

no idea when my next trip to Singapore is so will have to wait until August to stock up with supplies when my next R&R is back to UK.

So what's the issue? are you not allowed to be shipped anything from the UK to Myanmar?

Any package will be sent to the central post office where the receipiant may or many not actually be notified of the package. Letter are slightly different that they will be delivered direct. Again there is DHL which works well but is expensive. Hannants will deliver but again there is no guarantee of me actually receiving the supplies. I write a shopping list of all the things I need and either wait until I can get to Singapore or back to the UK.

If it's just a decal sheet, it should go in a normalish letter (I order lots of decals from Hannants, it's a sickness). Perhaps you could write something to that effect in the Special Instructions?
