longshanks
Hi Folks, I hope you will forgive me but I'm one of many affected by the money grabbing !£$%&%%$£!$^&^% at PB. The MAS boat was my first project on Britmodeller and my first 'Plastic kit' in more years than I care to remember Being rather proud of my efforts I didn't want it to disappear so reposted using Postimage.org For those that missed it first time around the detailed interior For those interested the full build is here http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234943576-another-mas-boat/ Unfortunately thanks to the %$^&*$£"!*+*&^$%£"! at photobucket the pics are no longer there but if you have any questions I still have the originals. I hope you enjoy them as much the second time around as I did Cheers Kev Edited July 1, 2017 by longshanks PB = ^&^%£%^%"!%^

Nobby57
Wow...where to begin. Such a simple idea, the hull repair, but it has enabled you to display your skills superbly. This is just a very charming piece, realistically set and so subtly finished...there's nothing wrong with it and absolutely everything right about it. 100 out of 100. Work like this can make me study it for hours, well done. Graham EDIT: Just come back to say, I've seen your build thread....double wow!!! And, I hope you don't mind; I've saved these pictures in a Longshanks/Edward1 folder. I'm anticipating you're next build eagerly sir! longshanks
Thank you all for your kind comments Graham - Fill your boots mate, ;o) Jeff - The lampposts are hydrophones. . . the boat had to stop then these were swung out and hung in the water. The balls contain microphones to listen for submarines. Cheers Kev
