Geoff King
Pulled this thing off the shelf of doom today. Got as far as the decal stage so my question is, does anyone have experience with MFH decals? What, if any, setting solution is best used? Appreciate any hints or tips! Geoff

Steve Noble
Most of the time you don't need any Sol or Set on MFH decals, unless they are going over some complicated grille or need to be folded into recesses etc. Good old water and a damp cloth is usually enough on the flat areas. Geoff King
Thanks gents! I tried a little bit of Daco Products medium and strong decal setting solution on a couple of small decals and they didn't seem to have much effect. But after a brushed coat of Future gloss the carrier film seemed to disappear. So...I guess so long as the decals don't have to bend over any curves I'll just use warm water.
