I've heard of people using the Tamiya Rally crew set for this purpose: http://www.emodels.co.uk/plastic-kits/tamiya-rally-mechanics-equipment-24266-p-9890.html And if 1/20 is close enough for you, there are other Tamiya racing pit crew sets.
