From MMP books due October 2014 (...hopefully).

http://www.amazon.com/Fouga-Magister-Tine-Soetaert/dp/8363678384/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395350482&sr=8-1&keywords=fouga+magister

124 pages.

Brief operational history of all export users including Israel, Finland, Belgium, Katanga, Ireland, Brazil and others.

I wonder if the mystery of Libyan Fougas will be solved??? (They supposedly bought a dozen ex- Armée de l'Air ones during the early 70s, no photos of them ever surfaced, yet there was a video of some flying over a military parade in the early '00s...)

All serial numbers from every air force that ever flew the Fouga will be included. Also many mistakes made in other books will be corrected. I've worked 10 years on this, it'll be the ultimate book on the Fouga ;)

Cheers,
Tine

I have the Joe Maxwell book which covers specifically the Fouga's in IAC service... but I do love the aircraft enough to build some of the other variants the all red Belgium and the blue French display team for starters and I've seen an all yellow one somewhere as well.
