Ian
Ticks almost all of my boxes... It's a Phantom, it's British and in grey/green camouflage, it's wearing 56 Sqn colours.... Yep that all makes me very happy !! - Great model, looks just right to me. Ian
Duncan B
It's a beauty, the colours look spot on to me and I am also a fan of the pre air defence colour scheme. Duncan B
Dave A
Great job! Personally I think it's a bloody cool-looking aircraft whatever colour you paint it [except possibly pink, though I have a daughter who would disagree...]

TEZ
Great build. Did you get the squadron markings from the Maintrack Models clear-fix decal sheet? Andrew
stew290
Great build. Did you get the squadron markings from the Maintrack Models clear-fix decal sheet? Andrew Thanks Andrew. Yes, I did. How can you tell? Is it because they're translucent? You have to look hard though.

TEZ
Hi Stewart The decals look good from here. I have the sheet and was wondering how you got on with applying them. I was going to rub them onto a clear decal sheet and then apply them in the standard way. Andrew Edited January 26, 2014 by TEZ
stew290
Hi Andrew.I got on fine with them. If you're worried about repositioning the decal, don't - they reposition easily and aren't fixed until you drop the water on.Also, bear in mind that you can see a "carrier film", so gloss laquer before applying the decals (as with normal water slide ones) is the way to go. Hope this helps. Stewart
Troffa
Nice Phantom, good to see "Chicken in a basket" (Or Shifty-Fix if you prefer!) make an appearance on BM. Cheers, Troffa
