Alan P
After the high of 2012, 2013 could only be an anti-climax, and it was. More ships built than planes - it's a first! In order of completion, all pics courtesy of IPMS Farnborough website except the last two. 1/350 USS Dortch, from the Trumpeter kit with GMM etch 1/32 MiG-17PF, Egyptian Air Force, from the Trumpeter kit with Eduard etch 1/350 HMS Diamond D34, from the very nice Airfix kit with WEM photoetch. 1/32 Typhoon FGR.4 RSAF from the Revell kit with Aires cockpit and tailpipes 1/32 Hawk T.1 from the Revell kit with Flightpath ladder 1/144 USS Fletcher from the Revell kit with Eduard Big Ed set. 1/350 USS Independence LCS-2, OOB from the Trumpeter kit. Happy New Year, hope to do a few more in 2014! Al
MikeW
Nice boats - like the sea effects - planes are good too. Cheers, Mike

Paul A H
That represents a great output for the year, both in terms of quality and range. I certainly wouldn't call it an anti-climax

Natter
That's quite an output considering the quality. USS Fletcher in 1/144? That must take up some shelf space!
CliffB
Superb paint job on USS Dortch. Are those figures too? Cliff
Alan P
Thank you very much to everyone who commented Cliff, there are some Eduard etch figures on the bridge and manning the guns. It was supposed to be conducting anti-kamikaze drills enroute to Guam in 1945.... (it might have happened!) Al
IrritableRabbit
Anti-climax? How many do you normally build? You're mixing it up nicely with the different subjects and quality builds. I like the ships. I should build ships, but I don't have the time and space. I especially NOW want to build that USS Independence LCS as it's SO ugly. Thanks again for sharing.
