Disappointing. Would like to see more Britsh aircraft featured than more scales. Suppose we bought too many of the new 72nds...

I am sure it will be a superb kit, just too many gaps in British cold war line-up eg Phantom FG1

Full marks to Airfix for keeping a variety of models across the spectrum from easy starter kits to palettes ready for the full super-detailing treatment.

I will get one to do as the aircraft of Wg Cdr R.E.P. Brooker, D.F.C who was the cousin of my wife's friend.

Goodness knows where she will put it

yep, looks fantastic. definite divorce material ;)

Agreed - it looks like someone has already thrown a wallet full of resin at it! I'll be honest here, and say I won't be buying ( just too big for me! ), but I look forward to the multiple builds next year - perhaps we'll have to have a Typhoon GB to give people an excuse to start straight away :)

Very interesting choice of subject, and most welcome.

Wonder if there'll be 'early' and 'late' options in the kit - a 3 bladed prop and earlier (non Tempest style) tailplanes?
